One of the coolest vintage guitar effects is the extraordinary pitch shifting vibrato of the legendary Magnatone amps. In contrast to the traditional tremolo effects of various vintage amps, the Magnatone Vibrato does not produce volume modulation like a tremolo but real pitch modulation. The result is an incredibly spatial, floating and intense modulation sound. Crazy Tube Circuits has already introduced this cool effect with the Killer V Magnatone Style Amp in a Box - with the Memphis Pedal now comes a stand-alone vibrato pedal variant. The pedal can be switched from classic wet/dry mix operation to wet only, which creates phaser and vibe sounds. Up to 20 dB of volume boost is available, allowing tube amps to be "blown up" properly.
