The IDX:50 and IDX:100 amps are BLACKSTAR's latest high‑performance digital combos. They were designed to deliver exceptional tones and versatility in a compact format. The IDX combos offer the familiar intuitive controls of a traditional amp, yet thanks to their programmability they are significantly more versatile. The Voice control lets you access six different sounds — Clean Warm, Clean Bright, Crunch, Super Crunch, OD 1 and OD 2. In combination with BLACKSTAR's patented ISF control you can dial tones ranging from American to British and everything in between. The amps also feature a Response function that lets you select different tube emulations. The IDX:50 and IDX:100 are equipped with an integrated display that enables intuitive navigation and comprehensive editing of effects. The amp's effects section includes more than 35 pre‑FX, modulation effects, reverbs and delays, all selectable and editable directly on the amplifier. In summary, thanks to its advanced technology, the IDX series offers a wide palette of sounds for guitarists of all levels.
