The Shure WH20 is a robust headset microphone with a dynamic capsule. The WH20XLR connects directly via standard XLR microphone cable. It provides a secure fit for active use by aerobics instructors and musicians. With its cardioid polar pattern, the WH20 has a high resistance to feedback and suppresses background noise and other unwanted sound sources such as air conditioning systems, instruments or loudspeakers. As it is a dynamic microphone, it does not require a supply voltage, so it is particularly recommended if a wired headset is to be used but no 48V phantom power supply is available.
