The blues guitarist Gregor Hilden is an Okko Diablo user of the first hour and uses this pedal in his numerous videos. As a small thank you, Okko has given him a signature version of the Diablo. The Okko Diablo pedal has the reputation of being one of the most versatile Overdrive pedals on the market - the GH Signature version can be a little more. With the Dyn controller, the internal voltage of the circuit is changed (from 6 - 18V max. ) - the higher the internal voltage, the higher the headroom and the dynamics, the lower voltage increases the pedal's compression. Feed is responsible for the low frequencies of the input signal before the distortion stage, the body controller has been changed against the standard Diablo version - it adds deep mids in the first gain stage and allows for singing lead sounds. Level controls the output volume. The input sensitivity can be pre-selected in 3 steps, Mids changes the center range. The boost section is independent of the overdrive circuit and has separate boost and tone controls.

Du très bon matériel fait pour durer. Un sans faute.
Ich verweise hier am besten auf J Rockett und Vahlbruch Produkte, die klanglich betrachtet das Beste sind, was der Markt zu bieten hat. Von Okko gibt es inzwischen keine Handwired- Konstruktionen mehr, wie man sie noch bei den ersten Modellen( siehe diablo standard, Diablo Plus sowie GH Gold von 2017) finden konnte. Die geringeren Herstellungskosten werden aber trotzdem nicht an den Verbraucher weitergegeben. Alles umgestellt auf 100 % Platine und klanglich überbewertet
4 Sterne tolles Produkt rauscht nur etwas zu viel.
Sehr vielseitige Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Dennoch erkennbarer Okko Sound. Hervorragender nützlicher Boost. Vor Clean Amps unschlagbar. Kaum Rauschen.

Kenne kein Pedal mit mehr Einstellmöglichkeiten. Das ist aber auch meiner Meinung nach die Schwachstelle. Um den Sound zu ändern müssen immer mehrere Knöpfe bedient werden. Wenn ich die Spannung ändere muss ich auch am Tone und Volume drehen. Das Pedal kann mehrere Low Gain Sounds wirklich gut. High Gain nicht so. Alles in Allem für mich zu viel des Guten.
Der beste Overdrive, den ich je hatte. Transparent, klar, klingt mit jedem Amp und jeder Gitarre, ob SC oder HH, super flexibel, made in Germany at it´s best.
