The Morgan PR12 Head Twilight is based on the classic 12 watt tube combos of the early 1960s. Morgan's goal was to make these small combos more and more versatile. In contrast to the old originals the PR12 has a stronger power supply and tighter bass. In the clean area, the amp reminds you of a classic Blackface amp, turn the volume control, the amp goes into saturation without the usual pumping and mudding. The Hall has been expanded by a Dwell Pot with which the decay behavior of the Hall effect can be controlled. Bass and treble controls react like interactive tubes. Due to the strong power supply of the amp it reaches amazing volumes, which are surprising. The PR12 harmonises perfectly with effect pedals.
