The Lewitt Connect 6 is a dual USB-C audio interface with DSP mixer including effects (compressor, 4-band EQ, expander, maximiser) and impressive flexibility. It scores with high analogue and digital connectivity, iOS/Android device integration and clean preamps that deliver up to 72 dB gain and also sufficiently amplify low-level microphones such as the Shure SM7B. The Auto Setup function is helpful for voice, vocal and instrument recordings to get started with the optimum presets. The Control Centre offers virtual channels, a mixer, loopback and individual routing. As the audio signals are processed via the hardware-based DSP in the Lewitt Connect 6, the setup is very stable and independent of your computer's performance. This is particularly relevant when operating on smartphones or older computers.
