The Korg Pa5X/Pa5X Musikant comes with a completely redesigned sound engine and a fresh user interface that is easier and better to use:

The piano sounds come from the SV-2 stage piano, synth sounds e.g. from the Nautilus, Wavestate, ARP2600. Ultra-authentic and lively drum sounds are generated by the round-robin function.
For the first time, a Korg Arranger flagship comes in three keyboard versions (61, 76 or 88 keys). All keyboards have aftertouch, the 88-key model also has a hammer action!
New and unique are two independent players that now play styles, midi files and MP3 files, and there is no more mode switching!
"Smooth Sound Transition" ensures that no notes or effects are cut off during crossfading or switching.
The additional strip display provides a better overview and control, Loading processes are a thing of the past, all files and styles are available at the touch of a finger.
A pad matrix with 16 pads ensures an even more varied performance by calling up melodic phrases, rhythmic loops, one-shot samples and various functions.
A powerful mixer with built-in finaliser brings all styles and files to the same volume level. Another new feature is a separate input for guitar with its own gain and effects. A four-voice harmoniser is also on board as well as a modern autopitch function.
