Andreas Kloppmann is the go-to name when it comes to excellent, authentic and historically accurate vintage-style or special signature pickups. With the Sinner & Saint set he now goes back to the '80s, when hot humbucker sounds were all the rage. The Sinner & Saint set is based on the good old PAF-style humbucker, but with considerably more under the hood — the characteristic '80s sounds of the bands that were popular back then. The neck pickup delivers the singing, flute-style sound of the guy with the top hat, while the bridge pickup impresses with punchy mids, plenty of bite and growl.
