For decades, the sapele and spruce Taylor Grand Auditorium 314ce has been a favourite among players, thanks to its practicality and the full sound of its all-wood body. Notable features include a torrefied spruce top, rounded body edges with black and white binding, an all gloss body, a 42.9 mm nut width, 4 mm dot fretboard inlays (Italian acrylic), a tortoiseshell pickguard and a textured gig bag for easy transport. This studio edition is available with either a natural or a light shaded edgeburst finish. Like the standard 314ce, this model also has a black 3-ring rosette and Taylor nickel tuners, is equipped with V-Class bracing and has integrated ES2 electronics.
