Peterson is one of the pioneers of tuners — strobe tuners are the benchmark when it comes to precise, exact tuning. The StroboStomp Mini is based on the popular HD Stomp desktop tuner, which is often the first choice for guitar techs and luthiers. The StroboStomp Mini features a large, easily readable LCD display even from a distance, and the background colour can be switched depending on the ambient lighting conditions. As with the HD Stomp, more than 80 "Sweetened and Guided Tunings" — i.e. special temperaments and tunings for various instruments — are on board. The pedal can operate either in True Bypass (no switching noise thanks to a relay) or, if required, with a high-quality Buffered Bypass.
