The Moog Minitaur is a highly compact yet extremely powerful bass synthesiser. The monophonic sound generation is of course 100% true analogue. Despite its surprisingly compact dimensions, the Minitaur offers exactly the sound you would expect from a genuine Moog synthesiser in general and from a Taurus offspring in particular: Maximum pressure and an abysmal yet unprecedentedly assertive low-end. The Minitaur is every bit the equal of its big brother in terms of sound!
Moog has decided to replace the classic Taurus pedal design with an extremely compact desktop housing for the first time. The Minitaur therefore doesn't even need Moogerfooger dimensions and fits effortlessly into any studio, live setup or DJ booth. Nevertheless, the Minitaur has a fully equipped front panel with high-quality controls in the classic Moog design: each function has its own knob or button - it couldn't be more analogue or simpler!
The Minitaur communicates easily with its environment via MIDI/USB or CV gate inputs. Whether in a modern computer setup or with a classic modular synthesiser - the Minitaur is ready to play at any time.

- Decay and Release segments are controlled by the Decay knob, while the Release segment is enabled or disabled via Release On/Off switch
- MIDI-syncable LFO with controls for Rate, VCO LFO Amount, and VCF LFO Amount
- MIDI and MIDI over USB
- Analog Control inputs for Pitch, Filter, Volume and Gate
- Use an EP2 or CV to connect and control MInitaur with everything from Modulars to Moogerfoogers

Moog, da gibt es glaub ich nicht viel zu sagen. Qualitativ hochwertig. Standalone wie Software basiert 👍. Der Sound ist das entscheidende !! Und der ist Klasse - diese tiefe - analog ist einfach nochmal was anderes. Klanglich steht er den großen wahrscheinlich in nichts nach. Kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen
