The MOOG MAVIS is an analogue synthesizer kit that packs the huge sonic richness Moog is known for into a compact, feature-rich instrument. The semi-modular design and 1-octave keyboard of Mavis are perfect for both beginners and experienced synthesizer users. Assembly is extremely simple and you can start creating sounds in no time.
As a standalone instrument, the MOOG MAVIS is an uncomplicated analogue synthesizer with patchable modular functions, but it can also easily be removed from its case and integrated, for example, into a Eurorack system or placed alongside other semi-modular Moog instruments.
The MOOG MAVIS features Moog's legendary oscillator and filter circuits as well as a diode wavefolder — the first analogue wavefolder in any Moog instrument. Thus the MOOG MAVIS combines traditional subtractive synthesis with additive wavefolding, creating a distinctive sound.
The MOOG MAVIS is a powerful and affordable Moog that makes learning synthesis or expanding an already advanced studio setup accessible to anyone who wants to explore classic analogue sounds in new ways.
