The Multiclock from Floatingpoint Instruments is an all‑encompassing solution for highly precise synchronisation of electronic music devices to a master DAW.
It converts all kinds of clock signals into one another and optionally provides high‑precision synchronisation via the accompanying plugin through your DAW’s audio interface, or it can generate the master clock itself. It features four channels that can be individually time-shifted and offset with shuffle. This allows precise compensation of delays from individual machines and direct influence on the groove.
The Multiclock supports Hot‑Plug & Play for MIDI, DIN, Modular Clock and analogue LFO and additionally includes a built‑in 4‑channel USB‑MIDI interface (class‑compliant). All MIDI data received there is forwarded to the individual MIDI sockets.
And if that’s still not enough, you can use unassigned knobs as a MIDI controller via the MIDI output or USB MIDI.
Tempo can be set from 30–300 BPM, the shift range is ±400 ms, resolution 20 µs.
