Design and construction
The body is made of alder, ash or mahogany and is available in classic Fender finishes as well as in bold, modern colours. This Fender Player II Stratocaster MN features an alder body and an Aquatone Blue finish that is further enhanced by the high-gloss urethane finish. The body is joined to a bolt-on maple neck with an elegant satin finish. The high-quality maple fretboard and the nut width of 1.650" (42 mm) provide a comfortable playing feel. Everything about the neck is geared for fast, fluid playability — from the modern "C" profile with a silky satin urethane finish on the back to the comfortable 9.5" radius of the maple fretboard with rounded edges and 22 medium-jumbo frets.

The Fender Player Series Alnico V single-coil Strat pickups deliver a clear, articulate sound that brings your music to life.
