Donner DDP-80 Beige
Product information "Donner DDP-80 Beige"
The DDP-80 is an uncomplicated digital piano that fits into most flats. It takes up very little space, has a lovely wood finish, can do pretty much everything a normal acoustic piano can (and more) and needs nothing but a mains socket, as it has a built-in amplifier and 2 speakers.
It has 88 weighted keys, making it ideal for all pianists. Whether you are just starting out and want to learn on real weighted keys, or as an experienced pianist you want a keyboard with the feel of an acoustic piano.
The DDP-80 offers a range of great and practical features that make it an ideal instrument for a typical household.
Unlike an acoustic piano, you can turn the piano's volume up and down. If you want to play quietly or not disturb others, you can plug in headphones, so the DDP-80 is completely silent to everyone except you. And if you want to disturb lots of people, the DDP-80 also has a stereo output that you can connect to a PA system.
The keyboard
The DDP-80 features a fully weighted hammer-action keyboard with 88 keys that very closely simulates an acoustic piano and responds precisely to the force with which you play. This makes it a great digital piano that can replace an acoustic upright or grand — whether you are a beginner or an experienced pianist, and whether you want to entertain, teach or learn at home.
Advanced sound module and built-in speakers
The DDP-80's sound module is based on the highly regarded DREAM sound chip, so you can expect first-class piano tones from the DDP-80. The 128-note polyphony ensures that, even with the most complex pieces or when using the supplied pedals, you'll always have a wide dynamic range for your piano playing — from very subtle and restrained to very powerful and dramatic, without having to change the volume.
All of this richness is wonderfully reproduced by the powerful built-in amplifier system and the two stereo surround speakers, each rated at 20 watts.
If you want to play in a quiet environment, you have the option to connect headphones to the DDP-80's headphone-optimised output to achieve the best possible sound. There's also a line-out so you can connect the DDP-80 to a PA system.
Compatible
The DDP-80 is MIDI-compatible and features a USB output, so you can use it for self-study, composition or lessons via online courses or apps. You can also connect it to music production software on a computer and use it for great-sounding recordings.
