AKG Drum Set Session I

The AKG Drumset Session I includes seven microphones that are perfectly matched to the individual components of a drum set. This set is ideal for stage, rehearsal room and studio recordings.

All microphones in the set have a robust metal housing with spring steel grill and a scratch-resistant surface. They can also take a hit without being damaged. The daily use on stage is not a problem, the road-ready aluminum case brings everything safely from gig to gig.

There are four dynamic P4 for toms and snare available. Two P17 condenser microphones are classically used as overhead, or to hihat and snare for a special groove. The P2 on the kick drum exerts great pressure and punch.

The drumset Session 1. You get a microphone bundle that offers far more applications than pure drum micing: percussions, wind instruments, acoustic guitar and guitar amps, and even choral recordings are just a few examples of what can be achieved with these professional tools.
