In the begining of the 80´s began Robert Godin and a few of his friends to build Seagull guitars in Kanada. Their goal was the construction of affordable instruments without comprimising the quality. Niether solid bodies or high quality varnishes are sacrificed to achieve the required standard.
A Special proceedure is applied to test the ridgidness of the bodies, thus guaranteeing the optimal harmonic oscillation of the instrument.
With the exception of the Slim Neck version, all Seagull´s have a neck width of 46mm, this is suitable especially for "Pickers" and guitarist with thicker hands. As an optional offer, are the guitars with the Robert Godin Quantum System.
