RATstands was founded in 1976 when one of Britain's leading opera houses commissioned the design of a completely new illuminated music stand. Since then, around 500 opera houses, theaters, concert halls and civic centers around the world have been supplied and equipped with high-quality and highly functional music stands and lights.
