Bourgeois Guitars Touchstone
The Touchstone series from Bourgeois is the result of a close collaboration between Bourgeois and Eastman. The guitars begin their long journey in Bourgeois' workshop in Lewiston, Maine. There, each top is handcrafted. After a personal inspection of the tops by Dana Bourgeois, they are vacuum-sealed and sent to Eastman's workshop, where a small group of the best luthiers finish them.
The series features two different body shapes, each available in two variants. These are a Dreadnought and an OM, offered as either the CountryBoy or Vintage version. The difference lies in the wood used for the back and sides. For the CountryBoy Bourgeois opts for classic mahogany, whereas the Vintage version uses Indian rosewood.
But all guitars in the Touchstone series have one thing in common: they offer an incomparable value for money that you rarely find.
